What happens next?

01 / BUYERS

Missing or incorrect product?

While your payment is held, describe the problem on your checkout and select Open dispute. Confirm the transaction, then sign to save the details privately. Opening a dispute costs ETH for gas.

Once disputed, funds stay held until you confirm receipt or the admin resolves the order with a seller payout or buyer refund.

02 / SELLERS

Buyer hasn’t confirmed?

The admin can manually release an unanswered order once 72 hours have passed since payment. This is not an automatic payout. Provide the checkout link, buyer wallet, and delivery details when requesting a review.

An open dispute is reviewed separately and can be resolved before the 72-hour mark.

03 / ACCESS

Need your product again?

Return to the same checkout with the wallet used for purchase. A read-only signature unlocks your file or the same activation code. Products are delivered on the checkout page, not by email.

If an order has been refunded, further access is disabled.

Know how your payment is handled.

The admin wallet below is assigned to new flows. It can refund an unsettled payment, resolve a dispute with a payout or refund, or release an unanswered order after 72 hours. Funds go only to the original buyer or the flow’s fixed recipients. Once funds move, the escrow decision cannot be reversed.

An existing checkout may use a different administrator fixed in its contract; check the contract details linked from that checkout. Older instant-payout checkouts have no escrow. Released payments cannot be refunded through escrow; contact the seller for a refund.
